Lamongan Shorebase is pleased to announce a collaborative On-Job Training (OJT) program with Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang, offering students valuable experience in the Human Resources (HR) department. The program will run from February 19, 2024, to August 2, 2024, providing participant with a comprehensive understanding of HR operations in a dynamic corporate setting. This initiative aims to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and practical skills, preparing students for future careers in HR management and related fields.
During the six-month period, student will engage in various aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Under the guidance of seasoned HR professionals at Lamongan Shorebase, they will gain firsthand experience in managing human capital, understanding labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. This program reflects Lamongan Shorebase’s ongoing commitment to developing future leaders and nurturing talent through strategic partnerships with leading academic institutions.
