On-Job Training, September 2023 to January 2024
Between September and January 2024, Lamongan Shorebase conducted an exceptional on-the-job training program, partnering with Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang in the HR Department, Universitas Airlangga in the HSE Department, and Universitas Ronggolawe in the Warehouse Department.
