Between September and January 2024, Lamongan Shorebase conducted an exceptional on-the-job training program, partnering with Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang in the HR Department, Universitas Airlangga in the HSE Department, and Universitas Ronggolawe in the Warehouse Department. This immersive program provided students with hands-on experience, integrating academic knowledge with practical skills in a dynamic work environment. Participants worked alongside seasoned professionals, engaging in real-world projects and gaining valuable industry insights. This initiative not only enhanced the students’ expertise but also demonstrated Lamongan Shorebase’s commitment to educational collaboration and the development of future industry leaders.
