Between September 2023 to January 2024, Lamongan Shorebase conducted an enriching on-the-job training program in collaboration with three esteemed universities: Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang at HR Department, Universitas Airlangga at HSE Department, and Universitas Ronggolawe at Warehouse Department. This comprehensive training initiative provided students with invaluable hands-on experience in their respective fields, bridging the gap between academic learning and practical application. Participants engaged in real-world projects, receiving mentorship from industry professionals and gaining insights into the dynamic operational environment of Lamongan Shorebase. This program not only enhanced the students’ professional skills but also underscored Lamongan Shorebase’s commitment to fostering educational partnerships and nurturing the next generation of industry leaders.
